Positive: How easy the instructions made me feel not anxious at all. I followed the directions and it is perfect if staying overnight for a flight. Really good communication and the property itself was value for money. Very clean, comfortable bed, easy access and private. I’d definitely be back, highly recommend.

Negative: Not a dislike, but if you have luggage don’t walk, get a cab.

Positive: Location to the airport. Very clean and very comfy bed. Kettle and snacks

Negative: The walk from airport. I was alone and it was dark and it was poorly lit. I felt incredibly vulnerable walking through a secluded area where I met and saw no one for 15 minutes. In the day light is fine. Would recommend a taxi if traveling alone and arriving in the dark. Also the bathroom was tiny. I'm only slim but if I was much bigger I'd have struggled to manoeuvre myself in the small space.
